A last dance at Golding Wines?
Mitch & Kathryn’s wedding at Golding Wines would be the last event I would cover before the abrupt end of the 2019-2020 wedding season, with a lockdown just days away we were lucky to have one last big celebration before venues were essentially forced closed. Even after a disastrous summer of fires, seeing the green return to the region was a gentle little reminder that all things heal in time. And it is this that I keep in mind as I look forward to the 20 – 21 wedding season. Although the scars of the summer bushfires were still visible around Golding Wines it didn’t diminish the beauty of the place and photographically it’s a place that always delivers the goods for the photographer. I do look forward to coming back to this amazing venue again in the wedding seasons ahead.

Our Love Story
Mitchell and I met in high school at Cornerstone College. We’ve been together for over 9 years and we will celebrate our 10th anniversary on the 14th of December. Hence why the 14th date means a lot to us. We have lived together for 3 years and been engaged for 2 years.
Mitchell proposed at Murray Street Wines after I graduated from my teaching degree at the University of South Australia. We have 1 fur baby Franklin; our English Staffy who is one and a half years old. We’ve traveled to Italy together for Mitchell’s brother’s wedding 4 years ago. Since the day Mitchell asked me out the 2nd time around and I welcomed him into my life…we have never looked back. We are best friends, soul mates, and highschool sweethearts.
